Project Manager

Project Description

Our clients are enterprise organizations that work in US retail markets and gaming industries. We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for getting things done the right way.

As a Project Manager, you will partner with operations, technology, and data teams to deliver new capabilities. You will be accountable for project management and defining strategic enhancements through all phases of the project lifecycle–from ideation to designing, developing, and delivering products to business clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own project outcomes and deliver the agreed business success criteria
  • Monitor progress against work plan and deliverables
  • Manage resource estimate assessment and resource forecasting to minimize and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Create effective project reporting artifacts
  • Communicate project status and issues as appropriate to the audience
  • Escalate issues and risks, as appropriate, with a particular focus on implications
  • Manage project financials, ensuring appropriate fiscal control
  • Provide regular updates to clients and IT Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in the retail/gaming industry
  • Experience working with collaboration tools, such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • A clear understanding of Project Management methodologies (i.e., Waterfall / Agile models)
  • Experience maintaining documentation for projects, including tracking risks, action logs, and project deliverables
  • Strong technical background
